Terms and Conditions

1) Upon activation of our services, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THE SAME ACCOUNT WE ARE OPERATING ON TO TRY AND PURCHASE A PRODUCT MANUALLY!

-Doing so will interfere with our system and all refund requests for said reason will be denied. Refunds are issued when it is our fault, not when it is the buyer's. Don't worry, we got you.

2) Refund requests must be made 24 hours in advance!

-As we are working with a popular Auto Check-Out service, we at Joonsole ourselves need constant clarification and information. To clear up any confusion or mistakes, we ask that you request for refunds more than 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the service will carry on, or be forfeited.

3) For ADD TO CART services (not Auto Check-Out), if we add a product to your cart and you fail to check it out...

-As stated before, we compensate for mistakes and failures on OUR part. If the buyer fails to follow up with an ATC service, we will reject any requests for reimbursement.
